Dal Bati Churma
It’s a heavy diet that everybody can’t digest especially who lacks the appetite fire. It includes lots of Ghee (butter), spices (masala) and sugar so it is first choice of local Rajasthanies who likes to taste some heavy diets.
Rabri is the most favorite and world’s lightest diet which can’t hurt anybody even people who can’t digest anything can eat pleasantly Rabdi. It is cheapest and best food.
Bajre Ki Roti (Barley bread)
Another suitable food you can eat in desert area and believe it will not hurt your body in any manner. It’s perfect for summer times as well as winter. In can be eat with either Lahsun chatni with onion of pickles. Both are tasty.
Sarson Ka saag (Spicy Mustard)
People who want to eat some spicy, should eat spicy Sarson Ka Saag. BTW it is a Punjabi dish but is adopted by Rajasthani because of its spicy taste.
